IOV RVF inviting Suggestions for the criteria of valuers in AIF Regulations

As Valuers, we shall warmly welcome this step of SEBI as this will not only provide career opportunities to the Valuers but will also provide a platform to work with regulatory authorities.

However, the paper has suggested the additional requirement of membership from one of the professional institutes along with IBBI registration, which will limit the entry of the valuers.

In this regard, IOV RVF would like to invite the views/suggestions/comments from our valuers members for furtherance of submission of representation to SEBI for their kind perusal and consideration.
