Expression of Interest for General Manager – IOV Registered Valuers Foundation (IOVRVF)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the overall administration and operations of the RVO.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for organisational growth and member engagement.
• Ensure compliance with Companies Act, 2013, IBBI guidelines, valuation rules, and applicable statutory regulations.
• Coordinate educational courses, Continuing Professional Education (CPE), and valuation training programs.
• Manage enrolment, membership, and registration-related activities for valuers.
• Build relationships with banks, NBFCs, regulators, insolvency professionals, and valuation stakeholders.
• Monitor operational performance, budgeting, reporting, and policy implementation.
• Support the Governing Board and senior leadership in decision-making and execution.
• Drive branding, outreach, partnerships, and institutional collaborations.
• Oversee grievance handling, disciplinary coordination, inspections, and quality assurance processes.
• Lead publication initiatives, newsletters, research support, and valuation awareness activities.
• Ensure efficient team management, HR coordination, vendor management, and office administration.

Eligibility Criteria

• MBA or Equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 10–15 years of working experience.
• Prior exposure to valuation, insolvency, compliance, finance, training, or institutional administration preferred.
• Experience in leadership, operations management, or business development roles is highly desirable.

Reporting Structure

The General Manager shall report directly to the Managing Director / CEO / Governing Board of the Registered Valuer Organisation.

Employment Type

Full-Time / Contractual (3–5 years, extendable based on performance and organisational requirements).

Indicative Compensation

Compensation may range between ?18–35 Lakhs per annum depending upon experience, institutional scale, and responsibilities.
