3 Annual Membership Fee
For First Asset Class Rs. 3500/- (Plus 18% GST) Rs. 10000/- (Plus 18% GST)
For RV's who joins between Oct.-Mar. the Annual Membership Fees is Rs. 5000/- (Plus 18% GST) only for the first financial year.
For Additional Second Asset Class Rs. 1000/- (Plus 18% GST) Rs. 5000/- (Plus 18% GST)
(applicant may choose either one or both the remaining classes for the same payment i.e. no extra payment for choosing third asset class) For RV's who joins between Oct.-Mar. the Annual Membership Fees is Rs. 1250/- (Plus 18% GST) only for the first financial year.

Note: 1) 100% Annual Membership fess waiver to those Primary Members who have attended 50 hrs MEP during Jan'2025 to Mar'2025.
2) Annual Membership Fee for Director/Partner of RV-E (RV Member of IOVRVF) is ₹ 2500 for each Asset class they are appointed in, instead of ₹ 10,000/- (i.e. 75% Fee waiver).

Note: Annual Membership Fees shall become payable by 10th of April of every year by all PM/RV's.

Continuing Education Programme(CEP) a) No CEP points shall be issued to Primary Members;
b) only certificate of participation may be provided on demand		 depending on the programme, starting from Rs.300/-(Plus 18% GST)

Note:
1) All fees once paid shall not be refunded
2) To issue duplicate copy of any certificate or any name correction in certificates, the charges of Rs 500/- + 18% GST shall be payable.

For Registered Valuer Entities

  • Note:
  • - Annual Membership Fee for Director/Partner of RV-E (RV Member of IOVRVF) - RV shall have to pay ₹ 2500 for each Asset class enrolled in the RV-E instead of ₹ 10,000/- for each Asset class (i.e. 75% Fee waiver).
  • - Those RV transfer from other RVO to IOV RVF as a director/partner in any entity registered with IOV RVF, will have to pay One time Admission Fee of 5000/- Plus GST and get a 100% waiver on the Annual Membership Fee for said F.Y. 2025-2026 year only.
  • - From next year onwards, RVE shall have to pay Annual Membership Fee as per clause 2 of Registered Valuer Entities
  • - All fees once paid shall be non- refundable.
