- To enroll, register, educate, train, promote, develop and regulate Registered Valuers as per the Registered Valuers Rules.

- To make certain of compliance and redressal of Registered Valuers grievances from all respects as per Registered Valuers Rules.
- To update the learners knowledge as per the updated curriculum and impart education through well-equipped modern facilities at the ease of the learner.
