He holds prominent positions such as a Council Member and Director at the Institution of Valuers (IOV) and the IOV RVF. As a Fellow of the Institution of Engineers (FIE) and the Institution of Valuers, he is an Insolvency Resolution Professional under the IBC-2016 and a Registered Valuer with significant expertise in Land and building assets under various regulations.

Mr. B Venkatramani

Vr. B. Venkataramani is a Chartered Engineer, MRICS, and Valuer registered under both the Companies Act, 2013 and the Wealth Tax Act. He is an engineering project consultant and valuation professional with a practice spanning about 25 years. After a ten-year stint in a major Oil PSU, he started consultancy services in engineering way back in 1997. He also handles third-party audits and certification of quality and compliance in engineering projects.

Dr. L. Balaji is a practicing civil engineer, international professional engineer and IBBI registered valuer, in the panel as a valuer for 11 nationalized banks, and 3 scheduled banks. He has 28 years of experience and presented a paper at the Wavo conference in Singapore on Reits and was declared as the best paper. Mr. Sunil Agarwal

Sunil Agarwal has over twenty-six years of experience in the real estate sector and is the founder of Black Olive Ventures (“BOV”), a real estate advisory services company where he advises over 76 banks and financial institutions on Land and Buildings valuation and has undertaken training of over 15,000 valuers across India. 

Previously, he was the Co-founder and CEO of South Asian Real Estate (SARE), a Private Equity-backed real estate development firm. He also served as Vice President at Private Equity firm ICICI Ventures and has held senior positions with HSBC, DS Group, Colliers International, and Chesterton Meghraj (now JLL India).
