By downloading and using the IOVRVF App, you expressly give us consent to use & disclose your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We at IOVRVF, aims to provide you a safe, efficient, smooth and customized experience. This allows us to provide services and features that most likely meet your needs, and to customize our Website/Application to make your experience safer and easier. The personal information collected from you at the time of registration will be stored on the Server and only be used by IOVRVF.

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
We are maintaining multiple levels of security to safeguard your App by Login/Logout option and Application Lock feature (“Enable Screen Lock”) that can be enabled by you. We have preventive controls implemented to ensure you use IOVRVF App on your device and same login cannot be used on different device without any additional authentication/OTP. Please do not share your IOVRVF login, password and OTP details with anybody.
You are requested to access the app through a secured connection. IOVRVF shall not be held responsible for any data theft in case it is found that the log in was attempted through a unsecured connection.
We will retain User provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. We will retain Automatically Collected information also for a reasonable period of time depending on the nature of application and thereafter may store it in aggregate. Please note that some or all of the User Provided Data may be required in order for the Application to function properly.
Your Personal Information and Sensitive Personal Information shall be stored in electronic form with exceptions, wherein the data is required to be maintained in physical form in information and data centers located within Indian Jurisdictions.
This mobile apps are meant for use by the targeted audience only. Misuse by non-targeted users should be prevented by owner of the mobile.
Online transaction charges are part of the Fee. You don’t have to pay extra.
The Fee deposited through Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking/UPI will normally transferred to our account after 1-2 days. It is the sole responsibility of the member to ensure that fee is deposited well in time.
The credit card/Debit Card/UPI Pin (information) supplied at the time of payment is processed by the payment gateway of the service provider and is not supplied to IOVRVF. It is the sole responsibility of the Valuer Member to ensure that the information entered in the relevant fields are correct. It is recommended that you take and retain a copy of the transaction for record keeping purposes, which might assist in resolution of any disputes that may arise out or usage of the service.
For security purpose, Screen Shot facility for transactions are disabled
The Valuer Member agrees, understands and confirms that his/ her personal data including without limitation details relating to debit card/ credit card/net banking/UPI id transmitted over the Internet may be susceptible to misuse, hacking, theft and/ or fraud and that IOVRVF or the Payment Service Provider(s) have no control over such matters. The service is provided using a payment gateway service provider through a secure website. However, neither the payment gateway service provider nor the IOVRVF gives any assurance, that the information so provided online by a user is secured or may be read or intercepted by a third party. IOVRVF does not accept or assume any liability in the event of such unauthorized interception, hacking or other unauthorized access to information provided by a user of the service.
IOVRVF shall not be responsible for any not settled payment due any reason.
IOVRVF also shall not be responsible, if the payment is refused or declined by the credit/debit card supplier for any reason.
IOVRVF does not warranty the availability of online Fee Payment System every time.
IOVRVF will not be responsible for fine exemption if the last day fee transition fails. We strongly advise you to submit the fee through Offline or Online Payment System well before time.
Take note when you choose to make payment on IOVRVF platforms via cards/UPI, some part of your card information is stored in compliance with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard. All Sensitive Personal Information and some part of your Personal Information shall be retained under applicable laws. Personal Information/Non-Personal Information may be retained even after termination of relationship between you and IOVRVF Entities.Sensitive and private data exchange between the App and its Users happens over a SSL secured communication channel and is protected.
We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain. For example, we limit access to this information to authorized employees and contractors who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our Application. Please be aware that, although we endeavour to provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.
IOVRVF has stringent security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. Whenever you change or access your account information, we offer the use of a secure server. Once your information is in our possession we adhere to strict security guidelines, protecting it against unauthorized access.
