Official Liquidator Delhi (Tender Update)

Tender Details: The official Liquidator attached to the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi, invites Bio Data / Application from the professionally qualified and desirous Valuer(s) / Firm(s) of Valuers, who are registered with the Institution/Organization of Valuers in terms of the provisions of section 247 of the Companies Act, 1956 and rules made thereunder and also under section 34AB of the Wealth Tax Act, to be empanelled for the Official Liquidator as Valuers of the immovable properties, plant, machinery, and other moveable assets of the companies, in liquidation.
